An array of vendors offering health screenings\, information stations for programs\, services\, and providers in the greater Middletown area. The Wellness Fair is a free event and open to the public. You'll have the opportunity to learn about new services\, ongoing services and various wellness opportunities in the community. You will also have the opportunity to win prizes too! Take the card given when you enter the Fair and ask each vendor to mark it. Your marked and completed card will be entered into a prize drawing at the end of the Fair.
