DESCRIPTION:The general public is invited to another SORG open house on August 28th from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This weekend offers guests a first time view of the full second balcony after it was obscured by the 1940's era drop ceiling attached to the balcony's edge. Visitors will also notice the "new" Music Hall seats installed on the first balcony and a main floor temporarily devoid of seats.\n\n\n\nThe open house will also feature the sale of gently used 14-plex movie theater seats\, in three styles\, for $30\, each including a SORG "Take a Seat" T-shirt." The seats are in 3 pieces to ease transport. Sorg fans can join as members of the "Seat Sponsors" and/or the $10 from 10\,000 campaign. Light catering will be available from Mockingbird's Cafe. All proceeds will be reinvested in the capital restoration of  the Sorg Theater leading to code compliance and eventual productions.
