5th Annual Health Fair

5th Annual Health Fair Friday, April 22, 2016 from 9 am - 2 pm. At Central Connections formerly Middletown Senior Center, 3907 Central Avenue Middletown, OH 45044. With support from Premier Health. This event is free and open to the public. There will be Health screenings, Information stations for programs, services and providers in the greater Middletown area. New for 2016! You will receive a card to visit each vendor. Vendors will mark your card, and your completed card will be entered into a prize drawing at the end of the event, participants need not be present to win. Lunch will be available for purchase from 11:30 am ? 1 pm.
