Middletown Area YMCA Annual "Drive for a CAUSE" Golf Outing. The YMCA is and always has been a cause-driven organization that strengthens and inspires children, individuals, and families to develop to their fullest potential.  We work every day to improve the lives of our community by nurturing youth development, energizing healthy living, and inspiring social responsibility.  
 
We invite you to join us in nurturing the potential of children and teens by giving them the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve in YMCA programs.

• Early Learning programs provide a nurturing environment and holistic development for over 750 children from infant to age 12 to learn social, emotional, physical, and educational skills at our Star-rated full-day childcare centers.  Our Middletown Area YMCA (located at Miami University Middletown) and the Atrium Family YMCA centers have each achieved a 5-Star Step Up to Quality rating from the Ohio Department of Education for meeting the highest quality standards over and above the health and safety licensing requirements. The Middletown Area YMCA center also holds a national NAEYC accrediation.
• Safety Around Water program provides elementary school students free, lifesaving swim lessons.  Through learning how to perform a sequenced set of skills over eight lessons, the risk of drowning is reduced, giving children confidence in and around water.
• LIVESTRONG program provides any cancer survivor 12 weeks free use of our facilities in addition to working with a personal trainer to help gain back strength and improve quality of life.
